Level 3 skills include:
- Forward roll down an incline
- Link 3 different jumps together e.g straight jump, tuck jump and star jump
- Arabesque balance
- Dish roll to arch roll
- Roll backwards and forwards in a tuck position placing hands on floor by ears (last one to standing position)
- Hang on bar and move from pike to straddle shape
- Side jump landing one foot after the other with hands placed sideways over folded panel mat or small block (preparation for cartwheel)
- L Shaped handstand against block
- Run and jump onto springboard / trampette, straight jump dismount showing good landing
- Walk along a beam showing high leg lifts
