The 4 page A4 tick sheet is a coaching tool to mark off which skills gymnasts can perform. It informs the coach which skills need to be tested. A gymnast can pass a level when 8 out of 10 skills are complete.
A QR code is on each level for coaches and gymnasts to easily access demonstration videos for the skills.
