Level 3 skills include:

1. Forward roll down an incline
2. Link 3 different jumps together e.g straight jump, tuck jump and star jump
3. Arabesque balance
4. Dish roll to arch roll
5. Roll backwards and forwards in a tuck position placing hands on floor by ears (last one to standing position)
6. Hang on bar and move from pike to straddle shape
7. Side jump landing one foot after the other with hands placed sideways over folded panel mat or small block (preparation for cartwheel)
8. L Shaped handstand against block
9. Run and jump onto springboard / trampette, straight jump dismount showing good landing
10. Walk along a beam showing high leg lifts
