7 A4 Downloadable General Awards Posters (Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple and Pink)
These bright and colourful A4 posters, feature many basic elements that children should aim to achieve in order to build a solid foundations for basic gymnastics skills. Each level contains basic shapes, rebound work, apparatus activities, balancing, strength and coordination exercises which are considered fundamental in the of learning gymnastics. A QR code can be found on each poster for demonstration videos. Tick sheets are available to purchase to track gymnast progress. Once gymnasts have completed a level, certificates and medals can be awarded.
Children are more likely to feel motivated by easily knowing which award comes next and being able to collect the full set of brightly coloured medals.
