1. Forward troll to dish hold, shoulder stand, roll to stand
2. Bridge kick over from floor or block
3. Y- balance
4. Cartwheel 1/4 turn as a round off progression
5. Bend back into bridge position onto safety mat
6. Leg lift to bar, with coach help if required
7. Round off from standing from a block or panel mat
8. Handstand snap down jump up onto a block or panel mat
9. Cartwheel on a low beam
10. Jump straight into a forward roll from a springboard or trampette
