Advanced Awards Poster Pack (9 x A4 downloadable posters)
There are 9 levels in total, 3 x Bronze, 3 x Silver and 3 x Gold, with 10 skills to complete for each level. A QR code can be found on each poster for a demonstration videos of the skills. Tick sheets are available to purchase to check gymnast progress. Once a gymnast has successfully completed a level, then medals and certificates can be awarded.Â
The posters consist of images of the advanced floor skills, vaults, trampette, bars and beam.
A qualified coach is required to assist with the difficult skills at this level.
