Level 10 Part 1 (GOLD) – Pack of 10 Certificates

Level 10 Part 1 certificates (size A5 x 10) to award those who have completed THE FIRST GOLD LEVEL!

There are 10 skills to be assessed for this advanced award which are pictured in the Advanced skills Posters.  A qualified coach needs to be present for the health and safety of the gymnast.

Level 10 part 1 skills include:

1. Free (aerial cartwheel)
2. Back handspring
3. Cartwheel into back handspring
4. Back hip circle on bar
5. Valdez
6. Forward roll into straddle lever
7. Front handspring dismount from beam
8. Front somersault from a trampette or springboard
9. Handspring vault
10. Swings on bar with half turn
