Level 8 Part 1 (BRONZE) – Pack of 10 Certificates

Level 8 Part 1 certificates (size A5 x 10) to award those who have completed THE FIRST BRONZE LEVEL!

There are 10 skills to be assessed for this advanced award which are pictured in the Advanced skills Posters.  A qualified coach needs to be present for the health and safety of the gymnast.

Level 8 part 1 skills include:

1. Split or stag jump
2. Back bend into bridge
3. Piked backward roll down an incline
4. 1 handed cartwheel, second hand only
5. Circle up onto bar
6. Splits – 2 ways (at least half way down)
7. Cartwheel from a box top or folded panel mat
8. Handstand flat back from floor to safety mat
9. Caterpillar walking along beam into long front support
10. Dive roll from springboard or trampette
