Level 4 skills include:

1. Forward roll
2. Frog balance
3. Back support position lifting each leg to the vertical
4. Shoulder stand
5. Hang on a bar in straight shape, lift chin over bar (with coach support if required)
6. Jumps along beam
7. L shaped handstand against block, lifting each leg to the vertical (hold each leg for 2 seconds)
8. Jump to straddle position on low box or block
9. Run and jump on springboard, squat on to block or vault, tuck jump dismount showing good landing
10. Backward roll down an incline
