Level 8 – Part 3 (Bronze) Medals x 10

Level 8 part 3 medals to award those who have completed third bronze level from the advanced awards (pack of 10)

There are 10 skills to complete which are detailed in the advanced poster pack.  The skills must be learnt with a qualified gymnastics coach who has experience at this level.

Level 8 part 3 skills include:

1. Hold straddle lever for 2 seconds
2. Balance on one leg – front leg stretched forward, move to side and then to arabesque
3. Hold handstand for 3 seconds
4. Tick Tock
5. Round off from hurdle step showing good rebound
6. Backwards tuck jump to back, blocking arms up on take off to land on raised mats
7. Forward roll on beam (with beam covering if preferred)
8. Handstand forward roll
9. Long hang on bar and kick from dish to arch
10. Straddle over vault
