A4 downloadable Individual Advanced Awards skills tick sheet. The version has space for one name and 90 skills (10 skills in each of the 9 levels). This 5 page A4 tick sheet is a coaching tool to mark off which skills the participants can perform. It informs the instructor which skills need to be tested and indicates if the individual has passed by achieving 8 out of 10 of the skills.
Each tick sheet display’s a QR code for coaches and gymnasts to easily access demonstration video’s for the 10 skills for each level.
