Level 9 Part 1 (SILVER) – Pack of 10 Certificates

Level 9 Part 1 certificates (size A5 x 10) to award those who have completed THE FIRST  SILVER LEVEL!

There are 10 skills to be assessed for this advanced award which are pictured in the Advanced skills Posters.  A qualified coach needs to be present for the health and safety of the gymnast.

Level 9 part 1 skills include:

1. Forward walkover
2. Piked backward roll to handstand on floor or down an incline
3. Facing raised mats, tuck jump forwards through to back
4. Circle up on bar straight into cast
5. Handstand pirouette 180
6. Tuck jump into round off dismount from the beam
7. Split handstand on the beam
8. Frog balance into straddle headstand
9. Wide arm handstand against the wall
10. Handspring off a vault or higher platform
