The Advanced Awards tick sheets are a coaching tool to mark off which skills the participants can perform. It informs the coach which gymnasts have passed the awards. A level can be passed by performing 8 out of 10 of the skills.
Each tick sheet has a QR code for coaches and gymnasts to easily access demonstration videos for the 10 skills for each level.
There are 9 levels in the Advanced Gymnastics Awards, each tick sheet has space for the coach to write a list of gymnast names working on the same level.
