A4 General skills tick sheet - Hard copy for groups & Individual download

The tick sheets are used in conjunction with the General gymnastics skills posters for coaches and teachers to write down the names of the participants and tick off which skills have been completed.

A4 Group Hard Copy version  (7 levels x 5 per level = 35 sheets)

Each sheet has spaces for the coach to write a long list of names for children being tested on the same level with tick boxes for the 10 skills.

A4 Individual downloadable version is a two sided page for individual gymnasts wishing to be tested on all 7 levels.  It has space for 1 name and a tick box 70 skills (10 skill per level)

There are 10 skills for each level and each participant is required to complete at least 8 of them to achieve the award.

The tick sheet assist the coach to determine which skills have been accomplished and which skills need working on to support them with their goals in completing the award.

The tick sheet has a special QR code for the demonstration videos.
