Conditioning Awards Medals (x5)

The Conditioning Awards Program works alongside the Awards Scheme to help gymnasts develop the strength and flexibility needed to safely perform the skills required at each level.

The General Awards Scheme consists of seven levels, with ten skills to complete at each level. The Conditioning Awards Program links every individual skill from the Awards Scheme to a set of conditioning exercises, ensuring gymnasts build the physical foundations needed before attempting the skill.

Each conditioning level contains ten exercises. To complete a conditioning award, gymnasts must successfully perform all ten exercises on ten separate occasions over a period of time, allowing for consistent progress and development.
